Molly McClure

Molly has spent her career at the right hand of chief executives in a wide range of environments. Most recently she was Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of the North Carolina Education Lottery, one of the top 5 lotteries in the United States. Before this, Molly worked at UPL, Ltd and Arysta LifeScience, where she not only supported Diego in his roles as COO and CEO, but also worked closely with the global communications team to write and edit the company’s employee magazine, press releases, and other external and internal communications. Prior to Arysta Molly spent eleven years supporting the CEO of Mutual Distributing Company, the largest wine and beer distributor in North Carolina, where she was also responsible for the company’s legal compliance and liaising with the state Alcohol Beverage Commission. 

Earlier in her career, Molly was Marketing & Communications Administrator for Brown & Riding Insurance Services, a wholesale insurance brokerage in downtown Los Angeles, where she created the company’s first marketing communications plan and handled all public and client-facing communications. Molly began her career as Assistant to the President of Luminent, Inc., a fiber optics components manufacturer in the San Fernando Valley. 

Molly graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Political Science from the University of Missouri. After growing up in northwest Missouri and spending several years in Southern California, she now lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband. A classical musician in her youth, she plays keyboards in an indie pop band and enjoys traveling, cooking, and attending to the demands of her three fluffy cats.
